At Shiva Property Services we aim to provide a property maintenance service in which we are confident you will just not find elsewhere.

We specialise as internal and external property maintenance experts, including touch up painting, grounds & window cleaning, roof maintenance, and specialist cleaning (carpets/mats etc.) 

We can also provide annual preventative maintenance contracts for your Heading, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Data, Fire Prevention, & Fire Protection services. 

As an Irish owned, Dublin based company we pride ourselves on our services and our response times. Our typical response time for emergencies is within 1 hour of notification*.

*1 Hour Response applies to Dublin/Greater Dublin Area only.

By also having a large mechanical and electrical service at our core, spare parts for problematic breakdowns are sourced within the most minimal time possible.
